Patients Know Best is Europe’s largest Personal Health Record provider. It works in partnership with the infrastructure of multiple governments to provide patients with secure digital access to their health records.
Patients Know Best (PKB) is Europe’s largest personal health record platform, enabling patients and healthcare professionals to access real-time health information – anytime, anywhere.
The system connects information from a range of health care providers, to create a single, unified copy of patient data. This allows patients to access their data via an online patient platform to self-manage their health and wellbeing. Healthcare professionals can access the same data to help inform clinical decision making and manage patient care more effectively.
